New Laborer

The foreman on a building site had just employed a new laborer.
All was going well and the laborer was doing a really good job.
Until one day he was way up on the sixth story of this building, and he needed the foremans help, well the foreman was on the ground level, and there was to much noise to yell out, so the laborer thought for a moment and came up with an idea.
The foreman just happened to look up at the laborer, so the laborer pointed to his eye, to his knee and then to the foreman :
- I need you.
When the forman saw this he immediately dropped his pants and started to wank himself.
The laborer was totally confused at this, so he climbed down all six stories to find out.
When he got down he asked :
- What the hell are you doing ?
The foreman replied :
- I was just letting you know that I was comming.
